Are there any quiet/semi-quiet Starbucks in DC?? Also I don't understand how you can wear leggings as pants when its freezing out. DC tells me I better dress up and look presentable when I go out. oh, city life. so interesting.

I finally got my refund check from financial aid. woot!.
I need a haircut. so bad.
I also need to be enrolled in a Chinese class. stat.

at least ppl wear tights in DC cause here it's just shorts. With holes in the shorts
